Sleep Comfort is a Beirut-based furniture and mattress retailer and a market leader since 1948. Creative Punch was commissioned to take the business online and revamp their exsting website to reflect their freshly uplifted brand identity. We opted for a website platform designed with a simple user-friendly Woo-commerce interface that was restudied and adapted to allow a seamless customer experience and smooth browsing through the 6 different SC departments: Mattresses, Linen, Furniture, Outdoor, Deco and Makateb.
Our greatest challenge was to organize the large amount of products and information and present them in a structured and simplified manner, while reflecting the brand elements and emphasizing on the mattress department, which is still the core of the business. A dedicated mattress webpage was developed to inform users about the different mattress categories, sizes and specifications; a mattress quiz was created from scratch to help them find the right mattress that fits their needs.
To enrich the user journey, a series of icons, graphics and custom buttons were created part of the UX/UI elements, to highlight key features such as sale percentages, specs, category and warranty. Overall, the Sleep Comfort website offers customers a fresh, modern and visually appealing interface with bright colors and customised graphics that make the online shopping experience a pleasant and enjoyable journey.
